LIFT Program (Midland County Only)

The LIFT program supports ALICE individuals and families by helping them manage unexpected financial challenges like rent, utilities, home repairs, and car maintenance—preventing deeper financial hardship. When traditional assistance isn’t available, 211 connects callers to a LIFT coordinator who partners with local agencies to provide direct support and financial coaching.
